Kammac is committed to providing school and college leavers with opportunities to learn and develop through its Apprentice programme.
Our Apprentice programme provides the opportunity to gain relevant qualifications while learning on the job.
Most of the training is vocational and will be delivered in the workplace so that we can ensure that you learn the skills that you need to do the job as well.
All Apprentices earn a salary (this will be at least the national minimum Apprentice wage) and you will work at least 30 hours a week. An Apprenticeship will take between 1 and 4 years to complete depending on the level of Apprenticeship and the qualification undertaken.

I joined Kammac in March 2015 as an IT Apprentice at Head Office. Starting as an Apprentice has given me hands on experience in an area of work that I am interested in and that I really enjoy. My Apprenticeship is tailored to suit my role and the opportunities for interesting projects and growth within the role are excellent.
Before I joined Kammac, I had not worked in HR or Payroll before. I am responsible for administration tasks in the HR & Payroll office and I now control and update a wide variety of systems, manage data and provide reports on HR Projects. Kammac have given me a qualification, confidence in a new role and a great future.
I recently joined Kammac in October 2016 as an Apprentice in the Transport Planning department. In my short time here, I have already started a Business & Administration qualification, gained some great hands on experience across the admin tasks across the department and I am starting to build great relationships with colleagues. The management in the transport office are extremely supportive in supporting my learning.
