I joined Kammac in 2010 as Night Traffic Supervisor. I found out very quickly that even for such a fast paced business, the culture is very personal and family orientated.
I have recently earned a promotion to Transport Manager ensuring that my team are efficient and client focused. As a member of staff, I feel valued, rewarded, respected and I enjoyed the challenges that I face every day. Kammac is a great company to work for, they work hard and value their people.

My career with Kammac started in September 1996 as an Apprentice after leaving full time education the previous year. As an Apprentice my first role within the company was as a Sales Order Processor. Alongside of this I completed NVQ Level 2 to 4 in Business Administration. My role progressed over the years to include Cashbook, Purchase ledger, Accounts Assistant to my most recent role of Management Accountant, which now also incorporates Office Manager. During my time in the business I have studied to become AAT qualified and have also received valuable on the job training in each role I have been in.
Kammac are still the family run business that they were when I first joined, however over my time here I have seen Kammac grow as a business and the company continues to do so across various divisions such as haulage, warehousing, co pack, onsite logistics, and keg & cask.
Kammac are a pleasure to work for as they treat you as an individual and as an asset to the company, and I am looking forward to many more years of developing my role and the challenges that it will bring.
I joined the Kammac onsite logistics team in 1998 as Operations Manager having previously gained logistics experience working within the FMCG industry for in excess of 10 years. In 2009 I became Site Manager.
Flexibility and responsiveness are key to our customers. I always ensure my team are results driven are motivated and I am driven in pursuit of client satisfaction.
I enjoy working with Kammac and feel a valued member of the team. I believe this is reflected in the growth and development of both myself and my team.
