Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 17:00pm however due to the nature of the role you will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business


· Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position

· Well-versed facilities management best practices

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Familiarity with office equipment and security systems

· Hands on experience with facilities management software would be advantageous

· Understanding of safety regulations in offices

· Ability to efficiently lead the maintenance team

· Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies

· It would be advantageous to have a degree BSc/BA in facility management or relevant field

· Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage

· Understanding of BRC

· Ensure Warehouse and site rules are upheld

· Promote good practice

· Report any Safety concerns

· Follow all safe working procedures

· Wear all correct PPE at all times

· Abide by the clean as you go policy



As the Facilities Maintenance Manager for Kammac, you will be responsible for managing the facilities including preventative maintenance and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out routine repairs and maintenance

· Oversee the scheduling of external contractors engaged in both preventative and reactive maintenance works and equipment installations

· Manage external contractors in respect of any works, ensuring they have completed necessary Health and Safety inductions, method statements and any site familiarisation required and that they comply with the Covid-19 policy and procedures

· Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained in accordance with legislative requirements

· Collect and maintain effective and accurate records for compliance purposes

· Maintain site policies and procedures including visitor attendance, covid restrictions, security procedures and health and safety requirements

· To maintain, support, check and monitor the maintenance of the site at all times to ensure the physical condition of the site does not deteriorate

· To provide a safe and secure working environment to all members of staff in line with Health and Safety regulations

· Carry out site inspections to identify needs for any repairs, renovations and improvements.

· Liaise with our management teams to identify and fulfil facilities requirements and propose cost-effective solutions

· Be flexible and always look to make recommendations for improvements to our processes

· Attend weekly Health and Safety/HACCP meetings with meetings with the team
