Kammac are pleased to announce that we have joined Pallet-Track, taking on the WA postcode that is being vacated by Abbey Logistics Group at the end of next month.
Kammac is working to offer staff affected by Abbey’s decision to exit the pallet business, which will run into double figures, the opportunity to transfer their employment to the company.
Wolverhampton-based logistics specialist Pallet-Track recently saw the 20 millionth pallet move through its network since inception in 2004.
Pallet-Track MD Nigel Parkes said: “We’ve been in discussions with Kammac since we knew of Abbey Logistics’ plans. Kammac is a first-class company which shares the same core values as Pallet-Track and wanted to be part of our network, so we are delighted to welcome them on board.
“We are thoroughly looking forward to working with them over the coming years and combining our collective experience to provide an efficient, value-for-money service for our customers.”
Kammac Managing Director Paul Kamel said: “We’re delighted to become part of the Pallet-Track network. This partnership will only strengthen our commitment to providing a complete logistics service when coupled with our current warehousing, on-site logistics, contract packing and transport solutions.
“Pallet Track is a like-minded, quality-driven business who share our ambition to provide excellent service at competitive rates in such a challenging market.”
