The Accapi Group is the exclusive European distributor for performance dog gear brand Ruffwear. Ruffwear is an outdoor brand whose mission is to inspire outdoor adventures for dogs and their human companions.
Accapi established UK distribution of Ruffwear in August 2010 and since then has gone from strength to strength. Ruffwear‘s retail distribution has expanded to include the pet sector and outdoor retail channels as well as b2c channels via .com and Amazon. The brand is now distributed in 31 European countries by Accapi. Ruffwear is without doubt the leader in their category.

Challenges
Accapi required a scalable 3PL solution to handle their B2B, B2C and Amazon shipments in the UK market.
The challenge that was faced was transitioning warehousing services in December with a plan to go live just before the Christmas break all whilst maintaining supply throughout the delivery of the project.
