Formed in the 1980’s by Managing Director Paul Kamel, Kammac is a flexible and reliable third party logistics (3PL) provider with strong family values. Kammac provide nationwide supply chain management services to a range of companies. Operating from our own and client sites, we can add value to the supply chain of businesses of all sizes at any level.

Paul Kamel
Managing Director

Paul is Managing Director and founder of Kammac plc. He is a CPC qualified logistics expert with over 40 years’ experience delivering supply chain solutions to all types of businesses, his passion and vision for his family business have helped the business to continually evolve and grow. At all times Paul has a direct hands on approach with all aspects of the business.

Laura Olson
Executive Director

Laura is an Executive Director at Kammac. She is a Qualified and practicing solicitor with 15 years’ experience having qualified in 2001. Laura has previously worked at Berrymans, Brabners and Manleys.

Craig Olson
Operations Director

Craig is Kammac Operations Director and has been with the business since 2007. He is CPC qualified and provides strategic sponsorship and support to our group operations and has been the driving force behind our most recent operational successes managing seasonal peaks while maintaining the highest standards.

Ted Clucas
Chief Executive

Ted is the Chief Executive of Kammac and has been with the business since 1992. Ted has over 50 years of business experience and has previously worked for a number of household names including Tate and Lyle, the Ford Motor Company, Peel City Bank and Doctus Management Consultancy in operational, financial and business analysis roles.

Ged Carabini
Commercial Director

Ged is Kammac Commercial Director and is responsible for all business sales and development opportunities.  A logistics expert with over 25 years’ experience delivering supply chain solutions to all types of businesses, Ged is committed problem solver and is able to deliver positive initiative based outcomes within challenging and exciting environments.

Dawn Taylor
Central Resources Director

Dawn is our Director of Central Resources which includes the positon of Company Secretary and has been employed by Kammac since 1998 and has a further 17 years’ experience working with the FMCG and furniture manufacturing industries.

Jay Patel
Key Accounts Director

Jay is Kammac Key Accounts Director having joined the company in 2001. Jay is also the Director responsible for Group Safety & Quality. He is CPC qualified and is a Procurement and Supply Chain expert with extensive experience within substantial global Beverage branded businesses. Jay has been with the business for 17 years as Divisional Director setting up the Support Services Division.

Lee Crank
Head of Operations

Lee is a Senior Manager with over 30 years’ experience covering all aspects from Operations, Warehouse multi-site management, Inventory, Forecasting & Planning, Transport & Supply Chain.

Having implemented and successfully managed complex warehouse management systems, warehouse relocations and new site set ups, Lee brings a wealth of experience to the team.  25 of the 30 years have been spent in senior roles across the UK and Europe, employing best practise to improve efficiencies whilst also adding value through the deployment of synergies. Working at board level with full P&L responsibility in fast moving and highly challenging environments.
