Leading Online Beauty Retailer

A leading beauty and cosmetics brand started out as a fragrance retailer before expanding into skincare and cosmetics, bringing some of the biggest names in beauty to the UK, whilst establishing themselves as a key player in the industry. 2018 marked a huge year for them, with the launch of their very own beauty brand. This included a growing selection of high-quality, affordable, and cruelty-free skincare and makeup products, which has now become their top-selling brand on their site.

Challenges Faced

The beauty brand required a partner for a contract packing project involving 4 distinct types of gift boxes, each containing 15-20 products.

With a total of 20,500 boxes to be assembled, the project entailed handling over 70 pallets of stock entering Kammac’s warehouse.

They entrusted Kammac with this task due to our reputation and expertise in the field. The stock was scheduled to arrive at the beginning of July, and the expectations were for Kammac to complete the project in two months.

The client was delighted when we completed their kitting project in record time – 3 weeks
ahead of schedule, proving to be a prime demonstration of our agility and efficiency. This
achievement is a testament to our ability to navigate complex operations while ensuring the
