With the final of our two Open Days for Kammac Knowsley 200 having just taken place, we are delighted at the turn out and positive response from both of the events.
We first showcased our Kammac Knowsley 200 ecommerce centre on Wednesday 23rd August, then again on Wednesday 20th September. We networked with customer, and our supportive suppliers, provided tours of our all-new ecommerce pop-up, and of course indulged in some delicious food.
Ecommerce has been at the heart of a lot of Kammac’s recent expansion, including recent work to provide the Amazon Vendor Flex Service for a major international brewery. Our ecommerce centre, located at our Knowsley 200 site has already seen the onboarding of new clients and we’re ready to help many more ecommerce businesses scale with ease. Whether you’re a small operation, or established brand, our no minimum – no maximum throughput service is perfect for you!
Lee Crank Business Development Director for Ecommerce said: “The brand-new fulfilment centre at our Knowsley 200 site will be able to process around 10,500 orders per day and will be used as a pop-up ecommerce site. Allowing companies to jump into a purpose made e-fulfilment space, utilising all of our in-house expertise and access to our trained staff, to get a professional ecommerce operation up and running fast. Knowsley’s location less than 10 miles from the Port of Liverpool made it the obvious venue for our first pop-up site.”
Our new ecommerce centre offers 5,000sq.ft. e-fulfilment space providing ecommerce solutions, with 200,000sq.ft. of supporting warehousing storage on the same site. Our centre manages multiple customers at one time across multiple seller platforms and is controlled by an ecommerce focused WMS, as well as an ecommerce team that have extensive experience in managing volume and complexity. The site has the capability to operate 24/7 with the option to provide late order cutoff times and collections from our dedicated carrier partners.
