Introducing Alec, Head of Ecommerce and Value-Added Operations, overseeing all aspects related to these areas. This includes designing new operations, managing teams, and acquiring talent.
Alec has been working in ecommerce since 2013, implementing and managing contracts with Liberty, Simba Sleep, Go Outdoors, and others before joining Kammac. At Kammac, he has played a huge part in setting up operations, including joint ventures with Amazon Vendor Flex, Ruffwear, Bern Pet Foods, and Funiglobal, constantly onboarding new customers.
We asked Alec, what was a project he’s enjoyed working on, he tells us of an initial contact with a customer, providing solution design, full transition from a previous incumbent, carrier solution, with the ability to go-live… all within 12 days. “The team did an amazing job getting this customer on board with no service issues. This absolutely highlights Kammac’s ability to find solutions for its customers quickly.”

Introducing Nick, our ecommerce Project Manager. He has 15 years of experience building, operating and scaling high-volume ecommerce and retail brands. His expertise extends to implementing systems with eBay, Amazon, Shopify and Eposnow, to name a few!
Nick prioritises building relationships with each of our customers in order to develop tailored ecommerce fulfilment solutions centred around their specific needs.
We asked Nick to share an example of a customer he has enjoyed working with, his response highlighted our recent venture with Amazon Vendor Flex, involving shipping orders directly to Amazon customers via their Prime delivery network. “Working with Amazon has been really interesting, I really enjoyed designing the warehouse solution with my team and managing the project to completion.”
